These Terms govern access to and use of Mano Mai. By creating an account, joining activities, or submitting campsite information, you agree to comply with these rules.

Eligibility

Users must be 18 years old or older to register and participate in activities.

Platform Role

Mano Mai provides a digital listing and community platform for outdoor enthusiasts. Mano Mai is not the operator, guide, trainer, insurer, or safety certifier of listed activities and campsites.

No Endorsement

Listings, organizer profiles, map placement, and sorting do not represent endorsement, warranty, verification, or safety certification by Mano Mai.

User Conduct

You agree not to post unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or misleading content. Organizers are responsible for providing accurate activity details and following local safety requirements.

Organizer Obligations

Organizers must provide accurate route, risk, and contact information, disclose relevant hazards, communicate changes promptly, and comply with local permits, land-use rules, and safety obligations.

Participant Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge outdoor activities include inherent risks, including injury, weather-related hazards, wildlife exposure, transportation risk, and emergency-response delays. Participants are responsible for personal readiness, equipment, and independent risk assessment.

Moderation and Enforcement

Mano Mai may hide or remove content, suspend accounts, and take moderation actions when safety, policy, or legal issues are identified.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mano Mai is not liable for organizer conduct, participant conduct, cancellations, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from third-party activities listed on the platform.

Organizer Indemnity

Organizers agree to indemnify and hold Mano Mai harmless from claims, liabilities, and costs resulting from organizer misconduct, inaccurate listings, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

Disclaimers

Outdoor activities involve inherent risk. Users participate at their own discretion and should assess fitness, weather, route conditions, and emergency readiness before joining any activity.
