Claim Campsite Ownership: How It Works

This guide explains the official ownership transfer flow for Caravans & Motorhomes Park at Tanjung Lembah. Follow these steps to avoid rejected requests or account mismatch.

Step-by-step flow

1. Use the correct account email. The transfer is tied to the target account email, so make sure you are signed in with the account that should own this campsite.
2. Ask current owner/admin to send a transfer request. The request is sent from the campsite edit page and includes your email as the new owner.
3. Open your Dashboard and review transfer request. You will see it under Ownership Transfer Requests.
4. Approve transfer to complete ownership update. After approval, campsite owner is updated immediately.

• If request is sent to wrong email, ask owner/admin to resend with the correct account email.
